Feliz Año Nuevo Padres!
Our first lesson of the New Year, “Los Cinco Patitos,” presents your little linguist with math concepts such as counting, number identification, and subtraction as each little duck travels “over the hill and far away.”
The classic story of the “Five Little Ducks” is one that your child will love hearing over and over and the age appropriate activities are sure to provide a quality learning experience for all types of learners.
Remember to practice counting and number recognition with your little one at home. Repetition is very important to language acquisition and your support at home will go a long way.

My House
Feliz Año Nuevo Padres!
Welcome back to another year of language learning with Lingual Kids! Our first lesson of the New Year is “My House.” Students will learn to tell where they live, name the rooms of the house as well as a few household items.
We will also revisit our family vocabulary as we ask and answer questions about location. As we continue to explore Puerto Rico through our cultural studies, we will compare and contrast the types of homes in the US and Puerto Rico.
As we introduce more vocabulary and phrases it is important that you help your child at home by practicing previously learned skills. Please review counting & identifying numbers 1-20, reciting & identifying letters A-Z. For free online activities and games please visit
